摘要
给雄性SD大鼠一次腹腔注射MCT(野百合碱)50mg/kg,经5周后引起肺动脉高压和右心室肥厚,左心室未见明显变化,体循环血压亦无变化。对血浆中血管活性物质ET(内皮素)、ANP(心钠素)、CGRP(降钙素基因相关肽)、cGMP(环磷酸鸟苷)及肺组织中,cGMP进行放射免疫测定。结果显示,大鼠注射MCT5周后,ET、ANP明显升高,CGRP、cGMP降低。统计学分析结果表明肺动脉高压与以上血管活性物质的变化有一定的相关关系。
In this study,male Sprague Dawley rats received a single dose of monocrotaline(50 mg/kg ) intraperitoneally. Five weeks later,the pulmonary hypertention and the right ventricular hypertrophy occurred,The cervical arterial pressure didn't have any changes yet.Endothelin(ET),atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) in the plasma and cGMP in the lung tissue were examined by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that ET、ANP had a significant elevation but CGRP、cGMP lowered,and that there were some relationship between pulmonary hypertension and these vaso active substances.
