25%草酸钾溶液治疗牙本质过敏症临床观察

The Clinical Study of 25% Potassium Oxalate Solution in Treating Tooth Hypersensitivity

牙本质过敏症是口腔科临床上最常见的病症之一，保髓治疗是常用方法。本文对２５％草酸钾溶液治疗牙本质过敏症进行了临床观察和研究。将确诊患者随机分为２组，实验组用２５％草酸钾溶液，对照组用０．９％生理盐水，并规定了统一的观察标准，进行动态性对比观察。结果显示，２５％草酸钾溶液有良好的脱敏效果，经统计学分析各项观察指标均Ｐ＜０．０１，同时提示牙本质过敏症经治疗后，随着时间的延长其疗效更佳。

Tooth hypersensitivity is one of the most common dental disorders.The most common application is to perform active pulp therapy.Tooth hypersensitivity was treated by 25% potassium oxalate solution in this study.The patients with a definite diagnosis of tooth hypersensitivity were divided into two groups at random.The experimental group was treated by 25% potassium oxalate solution and the control group was treated by physiological saline.The dynamic comparison observation was carried out with unified observation indexes.The results showed that 25% potassium oxalate solution had a good desensitization effect.All of the observation indexes in this study had statistical significance (P<0.01).The effect will be better with the lapse of time.
