摘要
应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,配合限制片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析,对22例妇女乳腺癌患者3号染色体短臂3p24等位基因杂合缺失(LOH)进行了测定。结果显示在3p24EAβMD位点和EAβH位点的LOH检出情况为6/14,杂合缺失率为42.8%。实验发现乳腺癌患者在3p24位点的LOH较高,提示这一位点可能存在抑癌基因,此基因的缺失改变与乳腺癌的发生可能有密切关系。
Restriction fragment length polymorphisms analysis was performed with the polymerase chain reaction to study loss of heterozygosity (LOH) from chromosome 3(3p24) in 22 breast cancer patients. Deletion mapping in these tumors indicated that the LOH was 42.8%( 6/14) within band 3p24 EAβMD or EAβH locus. These results suggested that there were one or more putative tumor suppressor genes at this site. It may contribute to the pathogenesis of breast cancer.
