表象练习法在体育教学中的运用

Ideological Training in Physical Culture Teaching

本文从体育心理学角度出发,依据表象训练理论,设计了表象练习教学法。通过12学时的教学实践,笔者认为在体育教学中,运用表象练习是行之有效的,是实现体脑结合的科学教学法。

The paper designs the ideological training teaching method from the angle of physical psychology and ideological training theory . It proves that it a practical and scientific teaching method embodying the combination of body and brain.
