强化军队疗养科研工作的思考

Reflection on the augmentation of scientific research in sanitariums of PLA

军队疗养院科研工作明显滞后并缺乏疗养特色和个性。根据疗养院特点，提出科研工作要找准方向，在疗养因子作用机理及疗效方面作文章、出成果，同时在专科人才培养、科研条件和科研管理等方面提出了具体对策。

It is evident that research work in military sanitariums is stagnant and indishnctive, and lacks individuality. We advocate that re-seareh work in militry sanitariums should have a clear orientation in the light of their distinguishing features for the purpose of achieving goodresults by focusting on the mechanisms of sanitarial factors and on therapeeutic effectiveness .The article also proposes strategies in thr training ofprofessionals,bettering circumstances of scientific research and improving scientific research management.
