摘要
本文介绍了沈阳军区加强医院学科人才梯队建设的做法及所取得的效果。指出:要把学科梯队的人才培养摆到医院发展的战略地位;要给予人才梯队建设以倾斜政策;要采取双导师负责制,加大培训力度;要严格选拔,严格考核;要创造良好的环境与机制。
This article reports the experience of Shenyang Military Commanding Region in strengthening the constructi9on of an echelon of disci pliary human resources and the effect thus produced, pointing out that developman resources in the construction of a disciplinary echelon should be raised to a strategic positon , construction of the echalon should enjoy tendential policies, training of such human resources should be further strengthened by adopting a double-instructor system, there shoul be a rigorous selection and check- on system, and that a favourable environment and running mechanism should be created.
