摘要
研究了超声波振动车削方法加工陶瓷涂层的可行性,应用四种刀具材料对Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>、Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>十12%TiO<sub>2</sub>、Cr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>三种陶瓷涂层进行了超声波振动车削试验,优选出了振动车削加工三种陶瓷涂层的刀具材料.
In this paper,the possibility to mathine ceramic coatings with ultrasonic vibration cutting is studied,the test to machine Al2O3, Al2O3+12%TiO2、Cr2O3 ceramic coatings with four kinds of tools is completed and the lathe tools to machine the three kinds of coatings ia selected.
