模态综合法在求解自行火炮动态特性中的应用

摘要 运用自由界面模态综合法将自行地地分为炮身、摇架、高低机、平衡机、炮框、炮塔、车体等子结构.依据频率准则,由有限元法求得各个子结构的分支模态,由整体自由度缩减的动力方程求得全地的动态特性.运用该方法使整体动力方程的阶数大为降低,且保证了求解结果的精度. This paper presents the dynamic analysis for the vehicle self-propelled gun (VSP) which is subdivided into components of the barrel, elevating mechanism, equilibrator,carriage,turret and chassis, by the method of the free-interface component mode synthesis (FICMS). Each component's normal modes are obtained by the finite element method. According to the frequency truncation criterion, the dynamic properties of the VSP are acquired by solving the overall gun dynamic equations in which the degrees of freedom (DOF) are reduced greatly. The CPU time of computer calculations is decreased and the accuracy of the results is still ensured by the FICMS method.
