The system structure of Tank Mechanism Multimedia CAI System is established and its application approach is illustrated in the paper. Then the network hardware workstation and software environment of the system development are put forward. On this basis,the paper discusses the main procedure and steps to develop Tank Mechanism Multimedia CAI System and introduces the main authoring tools to generate Tank Mechanism Multimedia CAI and finally the organization and demand of research personnels are discussed.
