摘要
本文介绍了一种自制的时间测量仪，利用此仪器改进了密立根油滴实验的时间测量方法并对测量结果和方法进行了比较。
A self - made instrument for measuring time is introduced. The method of measuring time in Milton oil experiment is improved and the result is compared with the method.
