腹腔痛觉信息在中枢神经系统的表达

摘要 痛觉是神经系统的重要机能系统,但迄今为止,中枢神经系统内的痛觉通路及疼痛产生机制仍有很多不明之点,因而也影响到对镇痛机制的认识。腹痛是觉见的临床症状,以往认为孤束核是接受内脏感觉的核团,究竟其它部位是否与腹腔痛觉的感觉及传导有无关系,还不清楚。近年来研究发现的立即早期基因(immediately Carly gene)
