Analysis On 475 Cases of Antiseptic Application

对475份病案抗菌药物使用是否合理进行分析,结果表明:用药指证不明确;对病原学诊断不够重视;选用存在盲目性、经验用药、预防用药多;联合用药不合理、溶媒选择、投药方法欠妥;间隔时间过长。提示临床医生尽量做到靶菌明确,确保患者用药安全、有效、合理,减少浪费,降低医疗费用。

In this paper,we made an analysis on the reasonability of 475 cases'antiseptic application. It turned out that little attention was paid to etiologic diagnosis,clear indications, reasonable combined treatment,proper solvent selection amj administration. Also,there was on experienced and preventive application with blind drug selection and prolonged intervals. If suggested that physicians be clear about the target organisms,ensure the patients safe,effective and reasonable treatment,cut back the waste and medical expenses.
