摘要
对20例大肠癌导致急性肠梗阻的手术处理方法进行了总结。特别是术中肠管灌洗技术的应用大大提高了急诊手术时Ⅰ期肠吻合的机会,同时探讨了术中快速冰冻切片法对手术切除肠管范围的应用价值。
The operations of 20 patients with acute obstruction caused by the cancer of the colon and rectum were reported. It regarded that the possibility of primary intestinal nastomosis after tumor resected was increased when using enema during operation. The relationship was demostrated between the range of resection with frozen section during operation.
