肠道脱落细胞DNA含量图像分析在大肠癌诊断中的意义

The Value of Colonic Exfoliative Cell DNA Content Image Analysis for The Detection of Colorectal Cancer

为了探索大肠癌早期诊断的方法,本文进行了肠道脱落细胞学研究,并将细胞DNA含量图像分析应用于脱落细胞性质的鉴别。通过对116例临床病人的肠道脱落细胞DNA分析结果表明:该方法对大肠癌的灵敏度为72.73％,特异度为91.49％;对腺瘤的灵敏度为14.29％,特异度为93.15％;其结果与组织细胞DNA含量图像分析相近。本文的试验结果证明,DNA含量图像分析适合于肠道脱落细胞检查,有较好的临床应用价值。

In order to study the diagnosis method of the early colon cancer, we have performed colon exfoliative cells study and have applide DNA content image analysis for the cell identi fication. 116 patients have been studied and the result are: the sencitivity and specificity of the method to colon cancer patients were72.73% and 91.49% , adenoma patients were 14.29% and 93.15 % . This result is similar to the histology analysis. This experment shows that DNA contentimage analysis is apt to testing exfoliative cells and has good clinic evaluation.
