脐血T淋巴细胞亚群及LAK细胞表型和杀伤活性的研究

Studies on the Lymphocyte subsets, the LAK Cell phenotypes and its Cytotoxic Ability of Cord Blood

本文应用单克隆抗体技术活细胞间接免疫荧光法及乳酸脱氢酶释放法分别检测了30例脐血和30例成人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、LAK细胞表型及杀伤活性。结果表明:脐血CD3、CD2及HLA—DR的表达均明显低于成人外周血,而CD4、CD8、及CD4/CD8、CD16、CD25、CD56的表达与成人外周血相似。经IL—2诱导后,脐血LAK细胞表型较诱导前的CD8、CD16、CD25及HLA—DR的表达均明显增加,脐血LAK细胞杀伤活性较成人外周血LAK细胞低。

The lymphocyte subsets , the LAK cell phenotypes, and its cytotoxic ability of cord blood were determined by monoclone antibody, indirect immune fluorescent technique and LDH release methods . The results show that the expression of CD3, CD2 and HLA-DR on cord blood was lower than adult peripheral blood , butthe cxrpes-sion of CD4, CDS, CD4/CD8, CD16, CD25 and CD56 on cord blood was similar to adult peripheral Mood, After induced by interleukin-2, the impression of CD8, CD16, CD25 and HLA-DR on the LAK cell of cord blood was significantly increased, but its cytotoxic ability was lower than that of adult peripheral blood.
