摘要
为了解急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)对心血管的损害,用电镜观察了犬AHNP时心肌及冠状动脉的超微结构,同时测定了血清心肌型肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)和磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)的变化。发现AHNP时心肌细胞、冠状动脉内皮细胞、心肌间毛细血管内皮细胞的线粒体均高度肿胀、嵴断裂、消失和空泡化;部分心肌纤维变性,密度降低;心肌闰盘增宽,细胞间连接区扩大,并出现髓鞘样结构;冠状动脉内皮外基底膜变疏松,电子密度降低。血清CK-MB及PLA_2显著高于AHNP发生前及对照组。结果提示:AHNP时心肌及冠状动脉的超微结构受到了明显损害,其原因可能与显著升高的PLA_2对细胞的破坏有关。
In order to explore cardiovascular damage following the acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis(AHNP)ultrastructural changes of myocardium and coronary artery were observed with electron microscopy . MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CK-MB) and phospholipase(PLA2) in serum were determined simultaneously. The results showed that mitochondria swelled and degenerated, crista fragmented, disappeared and vacuolated in myocardial cells, endotheliocyted of coronary artery and intermyocardial capillary, Part of myofibrils degenerated and decreased in electron density. Myocardial intercalated disk widened . The junction area of cells enlarged and appeared myelinoid structure. Subendothelial layer of coronary artery became sparse and decreased in electron ednsity The value of CK-MB and PLA2 in serum were significantly higher in canine with AHNP than without AHNP . The present study suggests that the ultrastructure of myocardium and coronary artery are observably damaged in AHNP , Which result , at least in pan , from the concomitant changes in PLA2.
