全营养素混合液对早产儿血清渗透压及血糖的影响

The effect of total nutrient admixture on serum osmotic pressure and serum glucose of premature infants

摘要 为观察全营养素混合液(TNA)对早产儿血清渗透压的影响,按6ml·kg-1·h-1的速度给早产儿静脉输入TNA,测定输注前及输注过程中的血钠、血糖、BUN和血清渗透压,并计算渗透压间隙(OG)。结果显示输注前及输注过程中血清渗透压、OG及血糖无显著性差异,提示TNA液在一定速度内输注对早产儿血清渗透压及血糖无明显影响。 Twenty premature infants were infused with total nutrient admixture (TNA) intravenously at the rate of 6ml· kg-1 ·h-1. Blood sodium, glucose, BUN and serum osmotic pressure were measured before and during TNA infusion. Osmolar-gap (OG) was calculated. The results showed that there was no significant difference in serum osmotic pressure, OG and serum glucose between before and during TNA infusion. The results indicated that TNA infusion at a suitable had rate no effect ori serum osmotic pressure and serum glucose of premature infants.
