梗阻性黄疸导致机体营养物质吸收障碍的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 梗阻性黄疸病人的营养不良发生机制目前尚不可知。选择黄疸组和对照组,比较血中总蛋白(TP)、甘油三酯(TG)、血糖(G)水平差异显著(P<0.05);电镜发现黄疸组空肠粘膜微绒毛萎缩,线粒体肿胀等超微结构改变。结果提示:梗阻性黄疸症可导致空肠粘膜超微结构改变,从而影响机体对营养物质的吸收。 The mechanism of malnutrition in patients with obstructive jaundice has not been known at present. The level of total protain (TP), triglyceride (TG) and glucose (G) in blood of obstructive jaundice group were compared with contrast group, the difference was notable in statistics. The atrophy of microvillus and swelling of mitochondria in jejunum mucous membrane were also observed by eletron microscope. The results pointed to the conclusion that obstructive jaundice might bring about ultrasturctural changs of jejunum mucous membrane and influence humanbeing's absorption of nutritional substances.
