早期高蛋白饮食对肾移植切口愈合的影响 被引量:1

An observation on the effect of high protein diet to wound healing after renal transplantation at early stage

摘要 收集慢性肾功能衰竭终末期肾移植后食欲改善,肾功恢复正常患者66例,随机分为两组,治疗组35例,对照组31例。于术后第5天分别进行人体测量,各种参数及化验指标经统计学处理无显著差异。两组均经术后4天禁食,流汁,半流汁饮食过渡。此后,治疗组选用优质蛋白占65%,且含铁、硒、锌及维生素C丰富的高蛋白饮食,而对照组采用优质蛋白为主的普食,经8天治疗,比较两组切口愈合情况。结果治疗组切口愈合明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而对血肌酐无明显影响。 66 patients with end-stage chronic renal failure who had improved appetite and rehabilitated renal function after kidney transplantation were randomly distributed to nutritional support (NS)group(n=35 )and control group (n= 31). There were no significant differences in all kinds of measurements taken at the fifth day after operation between the two groups. After given four days of absolute diet, fluid diet and semi-fluid diet. Patients in the NS group received eight days of high protein diet which contained not only 65 percent hight quality protein, but also iron, selenium, zinc and abandant vitamin C;While patients in the control group only received ordinary food which contained mainly high quality protein. After eight days, significant difference in wound healing was shown between the two groups.Patients in the NS group had much better wound healing condition than those in the control group, but their blood creatinine had no significant change.
