新疆冬、春小麦麦麸中植酸含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 提取了新疆春小麦(哈密红星一场生产的)、冬小麦(伊犁昭苏县生产的)麦麸中的植酸钙;采用了“磷钼篮比色法”求出了植酸的含量,并对其中的植酸的含量进行了比较.结果表明:新疆冬小麦麦麸中的植酸含量明显高于春小麦麦麸中植酸的含量.首次指出:麦麸中的植酸含量与生长期有关,植酸可能是金属离子的载体或贮存体. This paper deals with the method of extracting phytic acid calcium salt from wheat bran, and compares the content of phytic acid between winter wheat bran and spring wheat bran. The result indicated that the content of phytic acid is defferent between winter wheat bran and spring wheat bran.
