氯氮平和氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者认知功能影响的比较研究

Contrast Study of Clozapine and Chlorpromazine's Effect on Cognitive Function of Schizophrenics

目的：探讨氯氮平是否有助于改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能。方法：单用氯氟平的患者和单用氯丙嗪的患者作对照比较。结果：治疗六周后，氯氮平组的认知功能（包括认知总分、心智、再认、背数、图形识别几项）优于氯丙嗪组，两组存在显著差异（P＜0．05）。结论：氯氮平能改善精神分裂症患者的某些认知功能。

To study if clozapine is able to improve the cognitive function of schizophrenics, we compared the patients taking clozapine with those taking chlorpromazine and found the cognitive function of clozapine group was obviously better than that of the chlorpromazine group. It suggests clozapine can improve some of the cognitive function of schizophrenics.
