摘要
本文采用中药颤复宁系列方剂，在原用抗帕金森病药物逐渐减量或停用的情况下观察治疗15例帕金森病病人，观察结果显示，中药颤复宁系列具有较明显的抗帕金森病作用．采用Webster10项症状对治疗前、后进行评分，经统计学处理，t＝5．785，P＜0．001．同时，该药可明显减少DA类制剂的用量（t＝2．49，P＜0．05）及延长DA类制剂的作用时间。（t＝7．01，P＜0．001）。
15 patients with Parkinson's disease were given prescription of Chinese medicine ZanFuNing series while were decreased or stopped the dosage of original drugs of anti. Parkinson's disease. The observational results showed the Chinese medicine ZanFuNing series had obvious effect on Parkinson's disease,they could obviously reduce the dosage of DA and prolong its effective time.
