植物神经功能紊乱245例心电监测的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Electrocardiographic Monitoring of 245 Cases with Vegetative Nerve Functional Disturbance

我们将1981年10月至1996年5月在我院CCU病房行24小时心电监测的植物神经功能紊乱的患者245例监测结果进行分析，发现104例（42．45％）心律（率）失常，141例（57．55％）出现心律失常，其中窦性心律失常70例（49．65％）、房性心律失常34例（24．11％）、室性心律失常18例（12．77％），其它19例（13．48％）。心律失常的检出女性多于男性（P＜0．05），男女性患者均以30～39岁、40～49岁年龄组检出率最高。心律失常的类型较为单一，多呈良性经过，未见严重心律失常发生。

The detectable rate of ar rhythmias in the female was higher than that in the male (P < 0. 05). The types of arrhythmias were single,with benign process. The severe arrhythmias did not accure in the study
