综合医院各级护理人员心理卫生测评结果分析

Analysis of Evaluation Result of Mentel Health of Nursing staff in General Hospital

本文调查了综合性医院的３６２名各级护理人员的心理健康状况及可能影响心理健康的社会心理因素。结果表明护理人员心理卫生各因子测定低于一般人群，心理状况较好。尤其值得提醒的是主管护师以上职称人员的心理更为健康，与职称、文化程度及年龄呈负相关，分析与其文化程度高、年龄增长、阅历丰富、心理防御机制趋向成熟有关，研究提示社会各界对护理工作人员的精神需求和家庭关心也是影响心理健康的重要因素之一。

It surveyed the status of mental health and social psychological factors of 362 nursing staff at all levels in general hospital. The results showed that each factor detection of mental health in nursing staff was lower than that in general population, the mental status of nursing staff was good; the psychology of charge nurse and those with higher technical title were healthier, and had negative correlation with technical title, educational level and age,which was related to their high education,growing age,rich experience and mental defence mechanism maturing. It suggests all walks of life in society should care for nursing staff's mental needs and their life.
