手部特殊深度烧伤的皮瓣修复

The Skin Flap Repair of Special Deep Burn in Hand

本文报告以各种皮瓣治疗腕关节以下部位特殊深度烧伤２４例。认为这类伤员应尽可能早期扩创，一期皮瓣覆盖．晚期进院，创面已感染的伤员，在积极抗感染处理后，也应尽早手术；术中应尽可能选择手和上肢的皮瓣。就分指方法提出改进意见，并讨论了手术中应注意的问题。

It reported 24 cases of special deep burn under wrist joint treated with skin flap. It thinkes these kind of patients should accept as early epluchage as possible and phase I flap cover. For those who were late admitted with infectious surface of wound,the surgery should be offered after the positive anti- infection treatment,and the skin flaps of hand and upper limbs should be selected as possible. It also discussed the methods of fingers separation and the problems which needs attentien in the surgery.
