摘要
不同类型的近亲结婚,在不同程度上提高常染色体隐性遗传病基因的纯合率,从而大大提高常染色体隐性遗传病的发病率,因此近亲结婚是降低民族遗传素质的重要因素.
Different kinds of consanguineous marriage could increase the gene homozygous rate of recessive heteditary disease in the autosome, which would raise the rate of recessive heteditary disease. Therefore it's an important factor decreasing the nationality genetic quality.
