摘要
温度、浓度和溶剂的变化将导致一些光学活性分子旋光方向的改变。因为这些条件的变化使分子的构象发生变化。构象的变化改变了分子内的螺旋方向,因此,旋光方向随之改变。这种变化关系与螺旋理论的规律是一致的。测定条件的变化,若不能影响化合物的构象,则其旋光方向不会改变。
The changes of temperature, concentration and solvent will affect the conformation in some optically active molecules. The change of the conformaiton will lead to the change of the helical direction in molecular structure. So that it results in the change of the rotatory direction. These changes are accorded with the rule of helix theory. When the change of conditions for determining can not affect the conformation in molecular structure, the rotatory direction will not change.
