摘要
研究了三乙醇胺对粉石英超细磨矿的影响及助磨作用机理,采用粒度分析、X—射线衍射分析、红外光谱分析等测试手段,定性描述了助磨剂的作用效果。揭示了助磨剂对粉石英细磨时晶体结构以及化学键的影响程度,并解释了助磨剂有效控制粉石英粉碎平衡、降低粉碎极限、延缓“团聚”形成的原因。
The effects of the grinding aid triethanolomine on the superfine-grinding process of powdery quartz and the mechanism of the grinding aid in this superfine grinding were studied in this paper. These effects were qualitatively analysised by particle size distribution XRD and IR. And the facts accounted for controlling comminution balance decreasing ' grinding limit' and delaying agglomeration, etc were explained.
