摘要 目前,螺旋槽丝锥在我国的制造和应用还很少,而大直径螺旋槽丝锥的设计至今仍处于探索阶段。由于生产的需要,作者对大直径螺旋槽丝锥进行研究与设计,并取得了预想的好效果。本文主要对螺旋槽丝锥的特性及M36螺旋槽丝锥设计中几何参数的研究进行论述。随着大直径螺旋槽丝锥在我国广泛应用,在难加工材料表面加工大螺纹孔变得越来越容易。 Up to now, the use and manufacture of spiral fluted taps is seldom seen in our country, The design of spiral fluted taps with a large diameter is still in the reseach stage. To meet the need of production, The author has been reseaching this subject and got some expected results. This paper mainly analyses the properties of spiral fluted taps and studies how to select geometric parameters of the tap M36 in design. With the extensively use of the spiral fluted taps with a large diameter in our country drilling a tap large hole in the surface of the mateirals, which are difficult to process, is becoming easier.
