摘要
采用了活性评价、粒度分布、微量毒物分析以及孔结构、比表面的测定等实验,对合成甲醇反应器两炉失活铜基催化剂进行了剖析。实验结果表明,催化剂失活是中毒及缓慢烧结双重因素所致,并对工业生产提出建设性的合理建议。
Analysis has been carried out on deactivaed Cu -based catalyst used a methanol synthesis reactor by means of activity evaluation, particle size distribution, analysis of trace poisons and determination of pore structure, and specific surface area. The results of experiment show that the catalyst is deactivated by both poisoning and gradually coking and some useful suggestions on the industrial producation are also made.
