大血管改变在川崎病诊断中的临床价值

CLINICAL VALUE OF AORTO ROOT CHANGES TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF KOWASAKI DISEASE

在对25例川崎病的超声心动图诊断中发现主动脉根部增宽现象发生率很高（95％），且随病程进展主动脉病变恢复得较冠状动脉慢，故认为川崎病主动脉改变不失为一良好的辅助诊断指标，临床意义很大。

<Asbtract>The authors investigated by diagnosing the echocardiography of 25 cases of Kowaski disease and found that the incidence of widened aorto root was very high (95% ). As the disease improved, aorto root was recovered rather longer than coronary artery. So the authors concluded that above aorto root changes were good help in the diagnosis of Kowasaki disease.
