摘要
本文总结了三明钢铁厂转炉炼钢系统在钢水回炉率基本不增加的情况下实现全连铸的概况,指出全连铸是企业提高经济效益的有效途径,并对3座15t氧气顶吹转炉匹配4台3机3流小方坯连铸机工艺过程的优化进行了探讨。
The paper summed up the outline of realizing fully continuous casting without increasing the ratio of the steel back to converters in the Samming Iron and Steel Works. It pointed out that the fully continuous casting is an effective approach to improve economic profits to the enterprises, and probed into the optimization for the process of 3X15t top-blown converters matching 4 billet continuous casters each of which is equipped with 3 strands.
