摘要
本文从提高铸机作业率、铸坯质量和劳动生产率,扩大连铸钢种等方面简要回顾了杭钢转炉厂连铸达产和超产的历程,并从提高铸机拉速、改进连铸、冶炼及轧钢的匹配等方面入手作为铸机高效化的起步提出了初步设想。
In this paper, the course of reaching and exceeding the design production level of the billet CC at the Converter Steelmaking Works Hangzhou Iron & Steel (Group) Co. (HISGC) was looked back briefly from aspects of increasing CC work rate, product quality, labour productivity and expanding steelgrades,and the preliminary prospective conceiving as a first step of making continuous caster efficient was presented starting from raising casting speed of CCM and improving the coordination between CC,smelting and rolling.
