薄带连铸技术的发展将导致金属、能源、人力消耗的减少以及生产成本的降低,并可能取代热轧工艺,这对世界钢铁工业具有十分重要的意义。本文介绍了新日本钢铁公司的薄带连铸工艺及其自动控制。
The development of thin strip continuous casting technique will lead up to the decrease of metal, energy, manpower consumption and production costs, and probably replace the hot rolling process. It would attach great significance to the world iron and steel industry. This article introduced NSC thin strip continuous casting process and its automatic control.
