环扎式结肠肛管吻合术后吻合口瘘的治疗体会(附4例分析)

The Treatment of Postoperative Anastomotic Leak Underwent the Colon-Anal Anastomosis by Intraanal Circular Ligation

报告了4例直肠癌环扎式结肛吻合术后低位肠瘘的治疗体会。利用支撑吻合管重新置入肛门内,避免了分流性横结肠造瘘。具有支撑、引流、冲洗、减压促进瘘口愈合的作用。本文报道治疗低位肠瘘4例,全部愈合。

4 cases with postoperative anastomotic leak underwent the colon-anal anastomosis by in-traanal circular ligation were reported., these cases were rectal carcinoma patients. By putting the supporting anastomotic tube into the patient's anorectum,we avoided the precaustionary and drainage colostomy. This method not only played an important role in the function of decompression,drainage and washing but also had the advantage of wound healing by first intention. These 4 cases were all recovered.
