癌症患者外周血淋巴细胞AgNORs定量分析及其临床意义

The Study of the Ag-stained Nucleolar Organizer Regions in Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes of Cancer Patients

本文通过淋巴细胞转化试验,应用计算机医学图像分析(IAT)发现,未经治疗癌症患者外周血淋巴细胞AgNORs银染面积与核面积之比(GA/NA)值与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001);治疗前与治疗好转后GA/NA值亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),好转后肿瘤外周血淋巴细胞GA/NA与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),表明AgNORs的检测可作为肿瘤诊断及判断疗效的可行手段。

Using computer medicine image analysis technology in patients with cancers,we found that the ratio of the Ag-stained neclear organizer regions (GA) and the area of neclear in lymphocytes of these patients were highly significant different from that of the normal people(P<0. 001) ,and it was also signifi-cent beween pre-treated and treated patients (P<0. 05). However there was no evidence that showed the treated patients' GA/NA was different from the normal people(P>0. 05). The technology might be accepted in clinical laboratories to diagnose tumor patients.
