四腔双囊导管在前列腺摘除术后尿道引流的临床研究

Four-Cavity-Duble-CapsuJe Tube in Prostatectomy on Urethra Drainage

开展经膀胱前列腺摘除术,采用后唇连续锁边缝合,不做膀胱造瘘管及导管牵引,放置F_(24)四胜双腔导管行尿道引流。临床观察95例,明显缩短了术后引流及拔管时间与术后住院天数,病人无造瘘及各种不良反应,减少了各种并发症的发生。

We have carried out 95 case of prostateromy through bladder since 1993. The postrior lips of urethal internal opening were sewn continuously. Instead of performing cystostomy and tube traction. We-placed a four-cavity-double-capsule tube to drain through urethra. This method not only obviously reduced the time of urethral drainage and hospitalization,but alse lessened complication. Since the patients have not undergone cystostomy,then had less advers respouse.
