连铸保护渣传热润滑数学模拟综述

A review of mathematical modeling for heat transfer & lubrication of CC mould powder

摘要 传热润滑是结晶器中钢液凝固的关键,高质量、高拉速对连铸保护渣的传热润滑提出了严格要求。本文书收集到的近20年来的国内外学者在保护渣传热润滑数模方面的典型成就作一概括,着重介绍和分析其研究方法,同时提出了一些设想并指明了今后研究的方向。 Heat transfer and lubrication are the key process for the liquid in mould to solidifi-cate. High casting speed and high quality steels have put forward a challenge to the heat transfer and lubrication of mould powder. This paper has reviewed all the typical research achievements of scholars, at home and abroad, on mathematical modeling of heat transfer and lubrication in recent 20 years and also put emphasis to introduce and analyse the methods of their researching. Meanwhile, our research plan and the prospect of this field were also described.
