外伤致胰腺、十二指肠损伤的诊治

The Diagnosis and Management of pancreatic and duoenal FractureTrauma with 12 Cases Report.

本文报告外伤致胰腺、十二指肠损伤12例的诊治体会。指出:（1）对于上腹部撞击伤,应考虑胰腺、十二指肠损伤的可能,诊断的关键是剖腹探查;（2）强调术前辅助检查及术中探查胰腺、十二指肠指征;（3）手术方式的正确选择,正确的缝合、引流是治疗成功的关键。

12 cases with pancreatic and duodenal fracture trauma were reported. We suggested that the possible pancreatic and O-dudenal trauma should be considered, and corret diagnosis is mainly made by laparotomy. A great attention must te paid to preopera-tive examination, indication for pancreatic and duodenal exploration. The Key to success of treatment is choosing operational style, correct arainage and careful suture.
