摘要
报告泌尿系统真菌感染24例,其中上尿路感染5例,下尿路感染19例。认为应当采取综合治疗,在抗真菌药物应用的同时,去除诱因,积极治疗原发病,提高患者的抵抗力,治疗效果满意。
24cases of fungal infections of urinary system were reported including 5 cases of pyelone phritis and 19 cases of cystitis. We thought that the fungal infections of urinary system should be treated with comprehensive measurements. These measurements were application of anti - fungal drugs,elimination of the cause,treatment of the initial disease and enhencement of patient's immune ability. With these measurements,we had a satisfactory result.
