丙肝患者血清sIL-2R水平与HCV-RNA含量的关系研究

A Research on the Relationship between the Level of sIL-2R and the Content of HCV-RNA of Hepatitis

为探讨sIL-2R在各型丙肝中的临床意义,以及其水平变化与HCV含量之间的关系,本文采用双抗体夹心法和定量PCR技术,对123例各型丙肝血清sIL-2R水平、HCV-RNA含量进行检测。结果显示,各型丙肝血清sIL-2R水平与正常组比较均有显著性升高(P<0.01),尤以肝硬化组升高最为明显。并且其水平变化在急性和慢性肝炎时与HCV含量呈正相关,在肝硬化时呈明显负相关。提示,sIL-2R具有双向免疫调节作用,其水平变化在一定程度上反映了机体的免疫状态和肝脏的病理损伤程度。

Detection of the level of sIL-2R and the content of HCV-RNA in sera on 123 patients of hepatitis C by using sandwich ELISA and quantitutive PCR for clinical significance of slL-2R in all sorts hepatitis C and relationship between its change. The content of HCV shows that the level of slL-2R in serum of all sorts hepatitis C is higher than that health group (P<0. 01 )and the ctrrosis livers is highest. The change of leveL of sIL-2R is directly related to the content of HCV,and on the contrary in cirrhosis liver,it shows that sIL-2R has mutual immunifaction and its level is related to immunity of body and hurt in liver.
