摘要
采用随机抽样、双盲法,按统一方案观察了106例缺血性脑血管病患者,治疗组52例.对照组54例。结果表明治疗组有效率为90.8％,治疗后全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数均有明显改变。
Random sampling and the double method were employed in this investigation. 52 Patients using Nimotop in the treated group and 54 patients in the control group. The results revealed that the overall rate was 90. 38% in the treated group Blood viscosity. Plasma Viscosity .Blood reduced Viscosity hematocrit, fibrinogtn,red cell aggregating index were reduced in the treated group.
