C-myc蛋白在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及与临床病理的关系

Expression of C-myc Protein in Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)and its Correlation with Clinical Pathology

应用LsAb免疫组化方法检测了52例原发性肝细胞肝癌组织中C-myc蛋白的表达,结果显示C-myc表达阳性率为46.15％(24/52),其表达与肿瘤体积、肝被膜的累及、肿瘤转移无关(P>0.05),而与肝癌组织学分级和肝病背景显著相关(P<0.05)。提示C-myc蛋白在肝癌的发生和分化过程中起重要作用。

The LsAb immunohistochemical technique was used to study expression of C-myc protein in paraffin sections of 52 primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) specimens. The results showed C-myc protein expression was 24 in 52 cases of HCC (46.15%) . The expression didn't correlate with tumor size, metastases,or hepatocapsular invasiveness,but it significently correlated with histopathological classification and associated liver diseases(P<0. 05). These findings suggested C-myc protein was essential for hepatocar-cinogenesis and differentiation.
