糖尿病足的临床治疗观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Diabetes Foot

25例糖尿病足患者,采用常规治疗,加用周林频谱仪照射病变局部,以及用生理盐水加庆大霉素、胰岛素、654-2针剂浸纱布湿敷创面换药,与对照组24例单纯采用外科清创换药对比。结果显示:治疗组有效率为92％,而对照组有效率为66.7％,两组有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。说明对于糖尿病足的治疗,局部仪器照射及药物法换药有一定的疗效。

We observated 25 patients suffering from diabetes foot. They were treated with local radiation with Zhoulin Frequency - spectrum Instrument and gaven hydropathic compress with normal saline gentamycin RI and 654-2 in addition to routine treatment contrast group includes 24 patients treated with simple surgical cleaning and dressing. The result shows that the effective rate is 92% in the treatment group and 66. 7% in the contrast group. There was significant difference in effective rate (P<0. 05). So we concluded that local intrmented radiation and drug dressing have certain curative effect.
