摘要
用扫描电子显微镜和光学体视显微镜研究了蜻科赤蜻属的竖眉赤蜻、秋赤蜻、黄腿赤蜻、半黄赤蜻、大黄赤蜻、旭光赤蜻、方氏赤蜻、双横赤蜻、小黄赤蜻、褐带赤蜻、小赤蜻及褐顶赤蜻等12种蜻蜒的阳茎。这些种类的阳茎基本构造相似,都由3节组成,第一节基部与1长茎瓶状的精囊(阴囊)相接,第3节反折在第1节的腹面并且末端都有一对角。但第3节端部构造复杂因种类不同而异,为蜻蜒的分类提供了一项可靠的特征。
In this paper the penes of 12 species of the genus Sympetrum were stuided by u-seing SEN and body - optical microscope mothod. The species are listed as follows: Sympetrum eroticum ardens Mclachlan, S. hypomelasSelys , S. pedemontanum Allioni, S. ruptum Needham, S.kunckels Selys, S. parvulum Bartenef, S. iitens Selys, S. depresiusculum selys, S.uniforme Selys, S. croceolum Selys, S. fonscolombei Selys and S.infuscatum Selys. The penes of these species are obviously different among the categories.
