摘要
本文报告了咪唑类化合物——金鹿三眠素对天蚕幼虫生长发育的影响。三龄0~48小时喂饲浸渍过500~2000ppm三眠素溶液的白栎鲜叶后,三眠蚕诱导率最高可达94.56%;诱导所得三眠蚕三、四龄历期明显延长,四龄起蚕体重和四龄末丝腺鲜重重于正常四眠蚕(对照),而三龄至结茧的总历期和熟蚕体重、丝腺鲜重则反之;仍为四眠蚕的三、五龄历期和三龄至结茧的总历期多长于对照、四龄起蚕和熟蚕体重大多重于对照。四龄0~48小时喂饲浸渍过500~2000ppm三眠素溶液白栎鲜叶后,极大多数仍为四眠蚕,三眠蚕诱导率最高仅为9.88%;其中四眠蚕四、五龄历期和四龄至结茧的总历期大多长于对照;诱导所得三眠蚕的四龄历期明显长于对照,但总历期反之。三眠蚕四龄期丝腺鲜重增长明显快于正常四眠蚕,但最终鲜重不及正常四眠蚕。
Effect of an imidazole derivate i. e.' Jinlu' on growth and development of the Japanese oak silkworm, Antheraea yamamai is reported. As the larvae at 0-48 hrs of 3rd in-star were fed with the fresh leaves of Quercus fabri treated by ' Jinlu' at the concentration of 500 - 2000ppm, the highest percentage of the trimolters reached 94.56%. In contrast to those of the tetramolter in the control, larval stadia of 3rd and 4th instar were markedly elongated , larval body weight at the beginning of 4th instar and silk gland wet weight of the larva at the end of 4th instar were higher; and conversely total stadium from 3rd instar to cocoon-ing was shorter, body and silk gland wet weights of mature larva were lighter. As for the te-tramolters in each treatment, their larval stadia of 3rd and 5th instar, and total stadium from 3rd instar to cocooning, larval body weight at the beginning of 4th instar and mature larval weight were mostly longer or higher than those of the control, respectively. When the larvae at 0-48 hrs of 4th instar were treated with the imidazole derivate at the concentration of 500-2000ppm, most larvae could not be induced into the trimolters, and the highest percentage of the trimolters was only 9. 88%. For the tetramolters in each treatment most larval stadia of 4th and 5th instar, and total stadium from 4th instar to cocooning were longer than those of the control; for the trimolters, their larval stadia of 4th instar were significantly elongated and whilst the stadium from 4th instar to cocooning was shortened. In contrast to the tetramolter in the control, the silk gland wet weight of the trimolter in the 4th instar ( last in-star ) increased markedly faster and conversely its final wet weight was distinctly lighter.
