摘要
本文报道福建嗜木螨的生物学特性。结果表明,在室内自然变温及R.H.大于90%的条件下,此螨一年发生19—2l代,世代重叠,无蛰伏越冬和越夏现象。当日均温21.78℃,卵期为1.49d,幼螨期2.83d,第一若螨期1.49d,第二若螨期2.5d,成螨产卵前期1.4d,世代历期为10.01d。当日均温分别为12.65、15.06和31.45℃时,世代历期分别为37.27d、20.07d和6.54d。福建嗜木螨以两性生殖为主,兼具卵胎生,每雌产卵量平均为542.51粒。此螨是一种外寄生螨,会寄生活体蛴螬2科7种,对控制蛴螬数量有一定利用价值。
The biology of Caloglyphus fujianensis Zou, Wang et Zhang parasitized on grubs was studied in laboratory in Fuzhou and Putian. Under the conditions of natural temperature and more than 90% R.H. ,19 -21 generations were observed a year. When the average temperature was 21. 78℃, the durations of the egg, initial nymph, protonymph, deutonymph, preoviposition period and one generations were 1. 49, 2.83, 1. 49, 2. 50, 1. 40 and 10. 01 days respectively. It took 37- 27, 20. 07 and 6. 54 days respectively for this parasitic mite to fulfill the development of one generation under average temperature 12. 65℃, 15.06℃ and 31. 45℃. The average fecundity was 542. 51 eggs one female.
