摘要
Fourteen new 2-acylhydrazino-5 -(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1, 3,4 -oxadiazo les were prepared by nucleophilic displacement of acylhpeine at the 2-position of 2-methylsulfonyl-5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole. Fourteen new 3-substhad-6-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-s-triazolo [3,4-b]-1,3,4-oxadiazoles were obtained by treating 2 -acylhydrazion- 5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl )- 1, 3,4-oxadiazoles with K2CO3 solution. All the new compounds showed significant antibacterial activity
