本文利用有限元计算及实验手段对J23-80型压力机机身强度进行应力分析研究．实验表明，该压力机机身在圆角转变处应力较集中，在设计机身时，宜采用尽量加大过渡圆角等方法，以确保机身安全．

A Stress analysis has been conducted for body plates of J23-80 press by bath finite element method and experimental method. Stress concentration was found at the rounded comer of they plates of the press. transitional corner radius should be enlarged to ensure safety of the machine when the pmes is redesigned.
