红江橙黄龙病热治疗的研究

STUDIES ON THE THERMOTHERAPY OF HONGJIANG ORANGE YELLOW SHOOT DISEASE

本试验通过对红江橙二年生带黄龙病的苗木进行50-54℃湿热空气脱毒处理，不仅完全杀死材体内的病原菌，使树体恢复健康，而且提高病苗处理后的成活率，使湿热空气处理这种有效的脱毒方法，大面积推广到生产中去．

The present study was caarried out in the two-year-old seedling of Hongiiang orange affacted with yellow shoot disease. Through the thermotherapy of moist-hot air of 50-54℃ for 50-60 minutes, it frees all virus in the plants, and all diseased plants thus treated restored to health. It was obvious to increase the survival rate after the thermotherapy of moist-air treatment can apply to pratical production. In older to increase the survival rate after the thermothetapy, the most important factor is raised the relative-humdity of moist-hot air, decrease the demage of seedling and gradually increase the temperature of the moist-hot air treetment.
